I work in a small PR/Marketing firm. My boss is always worried that he'll "hurt someone's feelings". This means he takes about twenty minutes to tell you off by sucking up to you first. Last week he called me into is office and said

Always dumping stupid ideas on me
A typical thing that my stupid boss does is to have a half assed idea about something and then leave me to figure out how to make it work.
