A lady friend of mine went to work for an advertising firm and was placed under the watchful eye of Mr. Slimey.
Mr. Slimey has been busted watching internet porn during work hours. But because of his strong management skills and his favor with the owner, he was slapped on the wrist and the incident was filed away in his personnel file.
Mr. Slimey had a Playboy calendar hanging on the inside of his office wall until my lady friend saw it and complained. He has had to take it down but he sulked for a week like a schoolboy.
Mr. Slimey has been involved in all sorts of underhanded and questionable deals for the company that has brought in good contracts -- including taking clients to topless bars and even arranging for "fun girls" to stay overnight at a posh resort the firm leased for a weekend to woo big business. In essence, he acted as a pimp to get new customers. And it worked! He was given an award, a raise and a promotion for bringing in all the big business at the annual Christmas party.
Mr. Slimey told my lady friend he and his wife have an open marriage, they can have multiple sex partners and it is no problem -- and he finds her attractive.
Mr. Slimey likes to use double entendres when around my lady friend -- making references to smoothness, curves, shapes, being wet, getting excited, heating up, etc. Never a direct reference to sex. It is always debatable if he is being rude. But it is constant, always there.
Mr. Slimey got involved with a woman in the company a few years ago. When she got pregnant, he and the owner talked her into having an abortion so no one would find out. She did so, went into counseling and eventually was transferred to an outlying office and then terminated when she dropped off in productivity. My lady friend found out this lady missed a lot of days due to illness (read: depression) and is now in a rehab clinic trying to kick her addiction to anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medicine.
Mr. Slimey arranges an annual ski trip to Colorado every year. This year, he has asked my lady friend if she would be interested in going for free. All she has to do is agree to room with either him or the owner and they will pay her way 100%.
Since she started working with him, he makes comments about wanting a new bust in his office, he says he likes her shelf in her office (although there isn't one on the wall), he says he wants to get his hands on her rack (although she does not own one) and admitted the first time she showed up in a sweater that his marriage was in trouble.
She found out from the IT guy that Mr. Slimey asked him if there was some way he could photshop my lady friend's face/head onto the body of another woman's. He explained that it was a gag he wanted to play on the boss -- i.e., he has naked pictures of my lady friend.
Obviously my lady friend is friends with the HR director and the IT guy which is how she found out what she knows so far. She is well-liked and admired by her fellow workers. A few of the women who work there have expressed surprise she has lasted this long with him. They have told her and the HR lady has confirmed that his assistant postion (which is what my lady friend is to him) has the highest turnover than any other position in the company.
The boss loves this guy. They go vacationing together (often without their wives) so it would do no good for her to complain because they are two peas in a pod when it comes to bad behavior. So my lady friend who is cool and confident decides enough is enough, and she goes on the attack.
Two months ago, she got the IT guy at work to share with her all the internet porn sites her boss visits and sent them to his clients. She wrote up a full three pages of his misbehavior and sent it to HR and to the family of the owner of the company (they all know him). Last week she paid me to meet the topless dancer he likes to go flirt with during lunch hour. Then she met her, and paid her $400 dollars to come with her so she could introduce her to his wife at their house. From the result, apparently the marriage is not as open as he made it out to be. My lady friend also resigned her position that night on his front porch -- with the dancer and the wife screaming at each other nearby.
My lady friend tells me from the argument that ensued he apparently has been doing a lot more than just flirting with the dancer. A lady in the office told her yesterday that the wife has asked him to move out, and he apparently is sleeping on his office couch now.
