| Boss who doesn't defend staff |
|
I work for an IT consultancy company. My Bosses like to talk a lot. They can talk for over an hour over a single page. They also have no sense, and ask their staff (me included) to add or do a lot of irrelevant things and hence waste a lot of our time. They also don't pass down most of the information we need to know to do our jobs.
Hence, when it comes to facing the customer, I, along with my colleagues get shot by our customer needlessly because of this! And they keep quiet, while I get blasted.
I get so angry since they lack care for me and my colleagues since my bosses also have a "don't care" attitude. They don't even bother to defend you in difficult situations, when they could easily say something. At those times when they need to talk most - they keep quiet. At other times, they talk so much when you just want them to shut up and stop wasting your time.
What do I do ?
