Workey Work...Busy Bee

Have you ever seen that FedEx commercial where a guy is sitting in an empty office, not doing anything, yet he will yell out, "Workey, work, busy bee!" or the phone will ring and he will say, "Can't get that I'm in the zone!"? That commercial explains my boss to a tee.
Besides deligating all of his job duties (including important reports he should be composing) to us his "employees" he sits around all day and complains that he gets nothing done. He makes us file reports with 0 I mean 0 data on them, he bought a sign for our parking lot that says "Water on road during rain" and has it where visitors can see, he has his daughter (who is far from an artisit) come and paint on his office walls with "crayola paint" what semi resembles our logo - looks like a 5 -year old did it (one guy saw it and told him he needed to stop painting while drunk), he holds daily meetings even though there is nothing going on, and he asked us to "get measurements of the toilet paper". I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.

Okay, either

(1) he is a drunk or

(2) he is insane or

(3) he is utterly incompetent and won't survive his first annual review.
