CFO = Certified F%$#ing Oaf

I work for a small oil company, my boss is the CFO of the company. I get paid $15/hour to be an accounting assistant. That SHOULD entail entering invoices, applying payments, filing, etc.

Instead I do HIS job so he can play online all day long, so right now I am managing all 300+ investment partners, setting up two holding companies, among other things I am in no way qualified to do. I also built and maintain our website. I'm being taken advantage of but I need this job, it's pretty flexible so I don't have to put my daughter in daycare (I'm a single mom). Oh yeah, I'm expected to do all of his big projects AND still keep up with all of the invoices and filing.

I've had to explain to this guy, this CFO, that biennial reports only need to be filed every two years, not every year. I also had to show him twice today how to copy and paste a spreadsheet. He is a mouth-breathing, male chauvinist moron.

Someday you will see me on TV, I'll be on the show "Snapped".

Your're the cheapest CFO I've ever heard of! Want to come work for me?

Actually, to make a bad situation good I would recommend you keep a running record of all you are doing and learning and add it to your resume. You know a lot more now than you did the day they hired you so your next employer will have a much more efficient and knowledgeable employee to pay.

Make sure you get paid better than $15.00/hour at the next place! There are people doing what you do that get $70 - $150K. Of course, they have degrees and a title to go with their resume.

Sorry for the mouth-breathing moron. We didn't know he'd gotten out!
