The director of my department called the HR rep into this office this morning to tell her to have me update my title in my email signature. The HR rep then went to my direct supervisor to tell him to inform me that my email signature needs to be changed. My boss calls me into his office only to tell me that people are talking and I need to change my email signature. This really happened this morning.
