working for jerks!

I do not understand the philosophy of my supervisors...minor incidents occur at work...we (the staff) respond to them appropriately - as we are experienced and trained to do (not from this job...from previous experiences - which is why we were hired in the first place...experience and knowledge...duh!!!!!!!

when co-workers and i follow protocol - our stupid boss disputes us. i used to run this department before moving out of state and returning...therefore i know whereof i speak.

stupid boss #1 is blatantly under-qualified, and instead of listening to those with experience, he argues and makes poor decisions...if he makes decisions at all!

stupid boss #2 is just ANGRY and worried that we know his secret...that he doesn't know what the heck he's doing....! Joke's on him...i've always known! I just wish the stupids would step aside and let us competents make things run smoothly!

STUPIDS!

the art of persuasion may save the day. try and befriend one or both of them and make subtle suggestions as to how to successfully resolve issues in the office. if they argue it may be because they sense your superiority and are intimidated by you. but if you come alongside andoffer to help themk succeed, they may open up and let you help, which is better than watching them fail.

my new boss sounds like your boss #2. I truly hate her and I pray she gets cancer.

this sounds a lot like a jerk boss that one of my family members just got fired by. He has no loyalty to the hard-working employee who has sacrificed many underpaid years for him. And he did the firing just to save face. He's a total coward and I wish I could get my hands on him right now and show him something worth firing someone for...

none of them are worth physically hurting. many bosses say and do dumb things that make people angry -- even fire them for no real cause. but if you walk around mad, you're going to make yourself sick. and if you attack them, you'll go to jail or prison for someone who isn't worth the hassle.

i think if you're mad enough to want to hurt them physically, you need to get another job and quit. then you can tell them off and walk away. but remember, emotions can get away from you and if you threaten them or make threatening move they can sue or press charges. witnesses will stand for them if they have a job and you do not.

you reap what you sew in life. and they will, too. the best thing is to try and put it past you and leave them to their own misery. life is too short to walk around mad, hold grudges and try to injure or hurt a jerk. life will take care of them.
