Work With Dignity Is Not Possible

I worked with a company for more than 13 years but it was a very bad part of my life becuase of the low-dignity behave by my boss. You can't dare to ask any thing even if he violates the terms at which u r appointed. Moreover, he always use taunting languare and foul words in present of female staff also. I have many evidence against him but I am scared because he always harrased for not releasing my benefits. I was forced to resign because of his behave but he is still not releasing my benefits. He will not reply your mails, he will not pick your phone, in case he picks even he will talk tauntingly. he will not allow u to write to HO for your dues. All of his employees are working in a paniky atmosphere.


If you contact the workforce commission in your area or thed epartmentof labor or the eeoc and file reports with them (tell what them what you know to be true) they will investigate him and the company on your behalf.

by releasing beenfits I ama ssuming you mean he won't give you backpay or vacation or sick pay or cooperate with the workforce regarding unemployment beenfits. The workforce commission in your area can get unemployment benefits for you - he has no power, no control over that. They usually do not pay if you quit but if you tell them why you quit, they probably will pay you.

You have resources that can help you. Educate yourself and use them!

Taunting employees is a sign of weakness, immaturity, a lack of professionalism and education and a severe shortage of ability and character. You did the right thing by leaving. Anyone who would promote this man into a leadership position does not care about the department or the people in it.
